Crepay offers the best services to its customers, from Credit and Debit Cards to any bank account, to facilitate and accelerate the collection of utility payments.

For “Premium” the limit is 3000 per day and for “Exclusive” priority, the limit is 15,000 per day. You can initiate a maximum of 5 payments with a limit of Rs. 500000/- per transaction in a day for “Standard” priority.

It is an automated banking process, the amount will be credited based on the Priority chosen by you.

Yes, Crepay is fully protected. All Financial Transactions details in Crepay are verified under PCI-DSS and SSL Technology.

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is an information Security standard for organizations that handle branded Credit Cards from the major card schemes. The standard Technology was created to increase controls around cardholder data to reduce Credit Card fraud. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) is a standard Security Technology for establishing an encrypted link between a server and a client. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral.

Yes, if the transaction failed due to any issues at bank end, the amount will return back to the original source within 3 to 5 days.

Excluding taxes, for “Premium” 1.99 %, for “Exclusive” Priority 1.24% and for “Standard” Priority 1.09% is the convenience fee. GST 18 % as applicable on convenience charge.

Yes, you can cancel your payments within the settlement time. For cancellation purpose you have to contact Crepay Team through Chat / Mail Support (support@crepay.in). Refund charges are applicable.

Refund will be reflected in the original source within 5-7 bank working days and additional 1% of the charge will be deducted from your settlement amount as a refund charge.

(For example, Rs. 5000 is supposed to be settled in the beneficiary's account and from that, 1% of the amount (Rs. 50) will be deducted as a refunding charge.)

Don't worry! No one can access your Crepay Account without entering the Crepay M pin/ Fingerprint. That's why we recommend not store your Crepay password anywhere on your phone. However, for security reasons if your phone is lost/stolen inform us immediately by mailing us to support@crepay.in so that we will freeze your account for further safeguard purpose.
